We would like to inform our guests that there have been fraud attempts within the hotel industry and within the Best Western hotel chain, where individuals falsely claim to represent a hotel and contact guests via WhatsApp. Please note the following:
– We never contact our guests via WhatsApp.
– We never request credit card details via WhatsApp or any other messaging service.
All official communication from the hotel is conducted only by phone, email, or in person at the hotel. This information is provided as a preventive measure, as there have been cases where fraudsters have used WhatsApp, falsely claiming to represent a hotel within the Best Western hotel chain, and requested payment or credit card details.
